Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Canopy Fabrication / Modification System Supply, fabricate, modify, install, test, and commission a complete commercial kitchen exhaust canopy system including SS 304 exhaust canopy, grease filters, oil collection traps, integrated lighting fixtures, 2 Nos. exhaust blowers, and 2 Nos. GI exhaust ducting systems with all necessary supports, hangers, flexible connections, dampers, and accessories. All canopy fabrication works shall be carried out using SS 304 material, and ducting shall be constructed using GI sheet metal. The scope includes complete installation, testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of a fully operational kitchen exhaust ventilation system.
